Product Rave: Shiseido The Makeup Lasting Lift Mascara

I received this mascara as a sample when I ordered the Shiseido Hydro Powder Eyeshadow (which i LOVE!) from Ebay.  The seller threw this in along with a few other samples.  The length is crazyy! I would have NEVER thought to try this stuff if I hadn't received the sample, because I haven't heard much about it.  I'm glad I did though because this stuff is amazing!  I have been on the search for a mascara that gives the false lash effect, and I've yet to find it until now.  This gives my beloved Diorshow a run for it's money.  (Still love Diorshow in Azzure blue for the sole purpose of the color.) The Shiseido Lasting Lift gives more length than the Diorshow hands down.  This retails for $23 (Sephora, Macy's).  I will be using the sample up before even thinking about purchasing though.  I've tried Maybelline Falsies which promised "False Lash Glam in a tube, and I was not impressed.  It was okay for the $5 that I paid for it and gave pretty nice length after a few coats, but it definitely did not give the look of false lashes.  I've been wanting to do a 1960s mod makeup look, and I've been thinking of giving false lashes another try.  (I had bad luck with falsies during my ballet recital days.)  However, with the Shiseido Lasting Lift I don't think I'll need the false lashes.  Highly recommend trying this if you like the look of long lashes and don't want to mess with the falsies and glue.  I will be on the lookout for a cheaper alternative.  I've tried a few drugstore mascaras, and only one I've been impressed with is the Maybelline Falsies.  If you're looking to add some "eye drama" to your holiday look, the Shiseido Lasting Lift mascara is perfect for you! Check it out!
